We can apply a stimulating mask before we go out OR relaxing,nourishing one before bed time. Leave the mask for 20min. & always use the freshest ingredients .Here are some tips for facial masks that i recommend for certain skin types and problems.

EXFOLIATION MASK - PAPAYA OR PINEAPPLE MASK

Both papaya & pineapple contain the enzyme for soften and heals the skin. The enzymes in these fruit fight free radical damage from the sun and UVA rays and are known to reduce age spots and fine lines & they cleanse the skin by dissolving dead skin cells from the skin surface leaving the skin soft & supple.

INGREDIENTS  - 1Slice of papaya or 1tbsp of papaya juice OR you can try this mask with pineapple.1Slice of ripe pineapple or 1tbsp of pineapple juice.

Massage the fruit or juice into the face & neck.Although the fruit is sticky it is best to let it dry completely(after 10min.) rinse off with warm water.


LEMON,PAPAYA & HONEY MASK

Here is another exfoliating mask that will help to remove dead skin cells and completely renew & revitalize a dull complexion.

INGREDIENTS - 1Papaya, 1tsbp of honey, 1tsbp of lemon juice .

All ingredients mix in a blender. Apply to the face & neck after 20min. rub in a circulation motion with soft hand. Wash off with luke warm water.
